Sync fillets-ng 1.0.0-1 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

Please sync fillets-ng 1.0.0-1 (universe) from Debian unstable (main).
This has to be done together with fillets-ng-data 1.0.0-1, see LP Bug #715377.

Changelog entries since current natty version 0.9.3-1:

fillets-ng (1.0.0-1) unstable; urgency=low

  * New upstream release.
  * Bump fillets-ng-data versioned depends to 1.0.0.
  * Remove ancient Replaces on follets-ng-data.
  * Add alternative suggests on fillets-ng-data-nl.
  * Bump to Standards-Version 3.9.1.

Sorry, too early. fillets-ng-data is stuck in the Debian NEW queue through the new Dutch speech files package, so the syncing has to get postponed until that one is available. Sorry for the inconvenience for the time being.
