Bug Description
As per discussion in IRC, the statusbar doesn't need to show if it does not contain anything useful.
As such the option to show/hide the statusbar should be removed and it should automatically show or hide depending on if it contains anything.

I think actually the discussion was more like merging transferbar and statusbar, because the distinction isn't really useful. Some people never ever want to see the statusbar even if it shows a file in progress, so it might not be enough to implicitly show and hide it.
