Bug Description
It appears that the updated_at field is not being set when the story is first created.
When the story is created, the updated_at field in the ppl_stories table should be set to the current time.

In the 'Databases & Forms' area, the updated_at field wasn't getting a value inserted when a new story was created, so I changed it to add the datetime upon creation. It's working now.
