Bug Description
The source tree is getting a bit messy and needs some cleanup to make it more inviting to newcomers. Major areas:
* Create a `misc` directory and put the `hashbench2.py` and `hashbench3.py` scripts there.
* Move David Green's PID lock from dmedia_import and put in misc.
* Remove the now unused dmedia_import Python package
* Create a `data` directory and move the *.sgv and *.desktop files there
* Update HACKING.txt with info on new --names, --no-doctest, and --no-unittest options available for ./setup.py test
* Update HACKING.txt to mention log file and give some quick where to get started pointed
