"warning: macro `bzrignore' not defined" in manpage

Bug Description

lintian complains of "warning: macro `bzrignore' not defined" in the bzr autogenerated manpage, I suppose because a filename starting with a dot occurs at the start of a line. We need to escape it. This may cause bad formatting for users.
