Bug Description

On my Galaxy S when locale is set and application restarted there is still default localization, usually that happens when Financisto open by widget. When I open settings for change locales, the desired ones are selected but translation isn't applied. Also isn't that some kind of an android inner functioanlity? Where resources are loaded dependant on device locales?
I've got no clue why this doesn't work.

I have Samsung Galaxy S plus and I've experienced the same behavior.
As a result I'm not able to change language. I want to see the English UI as I'm reporting some bugs and want to report it in a way others will understand.
