filterRes adds antialiasing while resizing aliased objects

Bug Description

I created a very simple svg filter effect (see attachment) which forces aliasing on base of a single Color matrix and I assigned it a 40 x 40 filterRes. When applying it to a 40 x 40 pixels object the antialiasing disappear as expected. But while increasing the size of the object antialiasing comes back.

This occurs with any filters which include filterRes.

Inkscape 0.48 devel rev 10019 and previous on kubuntu 10.04

Reproduced with Inkscape 0.48+devel r10019 on OS X 10.5.8

Anti-aliasing also reappears when the filter is applied to the group, and only the (unfiltered) objects inside the group are scaled (i.e. workaround from bug #562283 doesn't apply).

Changed in inkscape:
importance: Undecided → Medium
status: New → Confirmed

Screenshots of expected and incorrect result would be nice. I think I'm seeing some kind of horizontal viewport rendering glitches.
