Can't see whole menu when right-clicking icon too far down on the Launcher

Bug Description
If your launcher is full and you want to right-click > close an application, the right-click menu doesn't reposition itself into a useful place, therefore causing the user to need to scroll down a bit before being able to see the entire thing.
