A lot of software uses Ctrl+S and Ctrl+N for the save and new-operation (as suggested int the gnome human interface device guidelines (http://
The following bugs lp:699539 and lp:699638 also asks for this accelerators/
For this reason I made two patches which are appended. One is for the gtk gui, the other one for lesstif. I have spilt this into two patches because I don't know, if there are other human interface guidelines for lesstif...
I have also added the shortcut for 'Save As...' (Shift+Ctrl+S), which is unused, too.
