Subject: hspell: -fPIC still missing from library build

Package: hspell
Version: 0.8-2
Severity: serious

The only place that '-fPIC' appears in the log of the build of hspell is:
   * Readd -fPIC which was lost in the last upload

Which leads me to believe that it wasn't really re-added...

This causes at least enchant to FTBFS.
