Bug Description
When you play a long file and you decide to scroll ahead, you're constantly forced back to the seek bar.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start Jokosher and open a project.
2. Add an instrument
3. Import a file of considerable length
4. Press "Play"
5. Attempt to scroll forward, holding the mouse button down
Expected Result:
Either a) scrolling forward should let you stay there and the position of the seek bar should be of no consequence or b) for as long as the mouse button is down, the user should not be pulled back to where the seek bar is, but when the user releases the mouse button, it should scroll to the seek bar.

The way the autoscrolling works is to see if the playhead has moved off the screen (either during playback or using the ff/rew buttons) and then adjusting the scroll position. So moving the scrollbar during playback means that you are constantly fighting the app.
This probably means option a) is not possible without losing autoscroll but we could look at b) (or think about other alternatives) for 0.9
