citeing does not work when answering to an e-mail!

Bug Description

Binary package hint: evolution

neither normal citeing (only the cite line appears not the old message itself) nor Outlook-style (when answering it says forwarded)
thi is related to the german version and might be an translation issue!

well you cite a message wenn klicking "answer" and have the appropriate setting (cite/quote; cite/quote Outlook Style)
[I don't know which english expression is used and I also told that it might be a translation issue!]

I just klicked on "report an error..." and filled in everything a could.

I have got the same problem on the german version. Normaly, if you click on "Answer" a mail, the full content of the original mail is copied to the end of new mail, with an information when this cited content has been received.

If the sender has got any umlaut/mutation in his name, only the line with the received information is copied. But the original mail content wouldn't be copied. If the name of the original sender hasn't got any umlaut/mutation in his name, all of the old message is copied to the end of the new Message.

I hope this little description helps you to find the problem. Perhaps it is an encoding problem.
