Bug Description
python dbqp.py --gdb does not run the gdb debugger terminal. it seems to be broken. it just runs the normal test suite

Have enabled gdb and manual-gdb options
Tried to use the native Terminal.app on Mac, but was a lot of trouble. Manual-gdb works fine
Also enabled --drizzled option while working on this
