Binary package hint: gwibber
After logging in to GNOME, a process named gwibber-accounts uses 100% CPU in the background. I have Gwibber configured to automatically connect to one Twitter account.

Bug #306497 appears to be about excessive memory usage, which is not the same as the high CPU usage I am experiencing.
