Bug Description
Owners must enter a username when a profile is first set to public.
It would be great if the form could look at the ppl_service_users that belong to that user, and choose one of their service_usernames, and then pre-fill the textfield with that value.
Twitter usernames work well for this. But Flickr usernames and email addresses can be bad, because they can contain periods and spaces.
If there is no Twitter username or only bad usernames, the form can suggest a new username in the form:
firstnamelastname

Owners will not be able to set usernames. This choice is made by people themselves after they are invited to sign up.
