Bug Description

The private profile widget should check if the user has a public profile by checking the is_public field in the aiki_users table.

If the user has a public profile, the private profile widget should display a button that reads "View" or "View Public Profile" (depending on how much room there is or on which looks better).

The View button should link to:

/owner-username/username

The functionality for this is in place. Currently, widget 109 checks for is_public's value. I'm wondering, since the editable field already reports the status of the profile's publicity (i.e. "User currently set to public"), if the word 'public' could just be made into a link that goes directly to that public profile?

Ok, I added a view link to the private profiles just after the public icon. It successfully links back to the specified contact's public profile. I'm marking this as fixed. If an actual button needs to be designed, let's open up a new bug to address the style of the button.
