Bug Description
The private profile widget should check if the user has a public profile by checking the is_public field in the aiki_users table.
If the user has a public profile, the private profile widget should display a button that reads "View" or "View Public Profile" (depending on how much room there is or on which looks better).
The View button should link to:

The functionality for this is in place. Currently, widget 109 checks for is_public's value. I'm wondering, since the editable field already reports the status of the profile's publicity (i.e. "User currently set to public"), if the word 'public' could just be made into a link that goes directly to that public profile?
