Bug Description

After posting a message for example "watches tv" on Facebook through Gwibber it shows as "is watches tv". There should be an option to define my own prefix or to disable it completely.

Seriously? It's expired? Oh C'mon guys, it's a small patch. Just disable the prefix (what if I'm writing in other language than English? For instance: "Bartek Krawczyk: is idzie do sklepu" - which is absurd). Or let the user decide whether to us a prefix or not.

Have a look at my bugfix on https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=704806

You have to change 1 value in /usr/lib64/python2.7/site-packages/gwibber/microblog/facebook.py on a 64bit system.

Go to Line 374 and change the following value

status_includes_verb=False

to

status_includes_verb=True

Restart gwibber and be happy. Now you dont get the "is" Prefix in front of your
status message.
