Bug Description
Store footprintwizard files in a predefined subdirectory, for example $HOME/.fpw
Test if the directory exists, and if not ask the user if this directory should be created.
Also test for the existence of the fpw to be written, and if a file with the given name exists, ask whether it should be overwritten.
