Bug Description
As discussed in Lab3 today, for testing purposes (and possibly an implementation Easter Egg), AdAstra should declare an ability for an asset equipped with the "technician" tool to have a "Fix Printer" ability. This should have the range of 5 and not work in lecture theatres.
