Bug Description
Binary package hint: gnome-system-tools
I've got monitor with pivot (rotating one). I used it in vertical position for a few days, so I've switched rotation in the Monitor Settings.
After a few days I've decided to rotate it again, so I did that. But during bootup process, my monitor was still in the vertical position.
After rotating it to normal (horizontal) position everything works well, except the fact that monitor layout that still shows vertical desktops.
Please see attached picture.

Thanks for the report, it has been some time without any response or feedback in this bug report and we are wondering if this is still an issue for you with the latest release of Ubuntu the Natty Narwhal, May you please test with that version and comment back if you're still having or not the issue? Please have a look at http:// www.ubuntu. com/download to know how to install that version. Thanks in advance and sorry for the late response.
