Bug Description
Release 2.0 RC2
Problem: The 400 field in an authority record can be linked with another authority record, and that should not be possible.
Example:
Manage authorities
Search: Bakker, Piet
Choose: Edit
Add 400 field: Boulanger, Pierre. Add this point it is possible with the Right-Click of the mouse to search and retrieve an authority from the selection list!
You expect (and need) that with a 5XX field (See also tracing) and NOT with a 4XX field.

I have confirmed this behaviour, and agree that it would be nice to offer some defensive programming to prevent it.
The problem is the authority_tag_map that includes the 4xx fields, which doesn't really make sense in either a bibliographic record or authority record context.
I have committed r19334 to trunk to remove the 4xx fields from the authority tag map and will backport that fix to 2.0.1.
