multipart shouldn't be necessary in mime-type-lists

Various variables that list mime-types for handling seem to need "multipart" as one of the mime-types. This shouldn't be necessary. "multipart" should just be handled automatically.

vm-auto-displayed-mime-content-types is the only that had multipart in it. But this has already been fixed in revno. 1013.
