File > Open File doesn't do anything, but ctrl-o does

That's it. Clicking Open File... under the File menu does nothing. However, ctrl-o works as it is supposed to.

Sorry. I thought that I was reproducing it, but after killing all the firefox processes it disappeared. I marked this invalid.
