Crashes every time. Remote desktop settings disabling crashes window borders and keyboard shortcuts

I opened system- Remote desktop management.
Checked allow others to view
Checked cofigure to make automatic.
Unchecked you have to accept to allow.
Unchecked configure to make automatic.
Unchecked allow others to view.
Immidiatly window boarders are lost and keyboard shortcuts doesnt work.
I redid it 2 times.
