System monitor shows wrong info

Bug Description

Binary package hint: gnome-system-monitor

I think that something wrong in my ubuntu. In sys monitor my memory half empty, but swap is used though!!!
And in terminal: free -m shows that memory is full used! System lags alot! What should I do? I only use Firefox...
