Bug Description

Hello!
After a recent upgrade to Midori 0.2.9 I have encountered a very strange behaviour of "Ctrl+X", "Ctrl+C" and "Ctrl+V" key combinations. The first thing I noticed is that pressing one of these combinations does not always lead to the appropreate action.
For example, sometimes it cuts and then pastes the text, but sometimes only cuts and does not pastes after that. And sometimes it neither cuts nor pastes as expected.
I thout it was because of some shortcuts configurations broken and turned the "Shortcuts 0.1" plugin on. After that I tried to edit the shortcuts using "Tools -> Customize Shortcuts..." menu, but I found some of them duplicated there and also I found that there is a
"Add Ctrl+V"
line which cannot be changed at all (!)
Also there were two lines for "Ctrl+C", for example.
Well, having such a mess in the shortcut settings section this isn't strange I cannot use some of the combinations as I need.

I consider this problem as important enough (at least I use the "Ctrl+C" and "Ctrl-V" combinations from tens to hundreds times a day) that is why it deserves a hight priority I believe.

Regards,
Vladimir
