Bug Description
We need to test backup of database with tables with partitions.
It should cover also incremental backup of these tables.

Added general test for full and incremental backups of partitioned tables.
Issues found:
- <tablename>.par file is not backuped by xtrabackup binary. To make backup more reliable *.par files should be backuped manually, or such backup may protect only from accidental "delete from table" and similar statements.
- while using innobackupex for backuping some particular tables (--tables-file option) - only <tablename>.par file is being backuped.
Full backups with innobackupex contain all necessary files.
