Bug Description
Binary package hint: gnome-control-
System-wide, buttons in Ubuntu that appear in the lower right corner of dialog boxes always appear in a specific order: Close Apply. That is, Apply appears in the lower right corner. (Microsoft Windows always puts Close in the lower right corner). These dialog buttons for the Monitor Preferences appear reversed (i.e., Apply Close) and this arrangement lacks conformity with all other dialog boxes within the Ubuntu OS. For system-wide conformity, the Monitor Preferences dialog box should be laid out the same as other dialog boxes.

In the current development release of Ubuntu, Oneiric Ocelot, there is only an Apply button, no close - as the capplet is part of the gnome-control- center application rather than being stand-alone.
