Bug Description
When you run YaTC on Windows it can't find the configure file
if you remove comment mark "#" in the below line in YaTC:
#$ENV{'HOME'} .= '\\My Documents' if (-d $ENV{'HOME'}.'\\My Documents'); # this gives errors (Why I wonder)
it gives you errors
