Bug Description

I was confused when my new warty box had both discover and hotplug installed and
starting at boot; doesn't hotplug replace discover's functionality?

I thought so, too, but I was corrected. hotplug doesn't yet replace all of
discover's functionality, though it will eventually. Meanwhile, we need both.
