Anacron missing

Bug Description

While we are installing both atd and crond, we're not installing anacron to take
care of the daily/weekly/monthly tasks. I think we're aiming for the kind of
desktop and laptop that will tend to be powered down over night and weekends, so
we should probably have this so the maintanence tasks get done.

The last time I used it, it had a number of bugs which made it unsuitable for
systems which actually _are_ online 24/7, such as causing jobs to be executed
more frequently than they should be
