Please sync frescobaldi 1.2.0-1 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:

All changes made in Ubuntu are now in Debian package, there are no
diffs between packages.

Thanks!

Changelog entries since current natty version 1.2.0-0ubuntu2:

frescobaldi (1.2.0-1) unstable; urgency=low

  * New upstream release
  * Merge changes from Kubuntu:
    - Drop kdelibs5 from Depends since python-kde4 already depends on
      everything we need.
