global cap variables should be in 'show variables'

The following should be visible in 'show variables' as read-only variables

   --join-heap-threshold
   --read-buffer-threshold
   --read-rnd-threshold
   --sort-heap-threshold

going to wait on new sys_var code to fix this, it would add too much mess doing it now.

If these are available in a DD then there is no reason to add them to variables.

I can't remember if they are in the DD but should be a lot easier to add them there. This originally was a Rackspace feature request.
