Bug Description
Some necessary image files are part of the unity binary package which we do not and should not depend on. Here is an incomplete list:

Course of action:
* for Maverick: include these resources in our package
* for Natty: check if the problem is still present and open a bug against unity for these files to be transferred to unity-asset-pool
