[wishlist] Right click on CG to set a cover manually

Sometimes the cover downloaded is low quality or not found at all. I could think of some ways around it:
 - add google search (with a results panel to select the best match)
 - manual file selection (to pick the cover from any central location we may have on disk)
 - isnt there a gnome global place to store covers from different players?? (i know not directly related to CG but i figure u guys may know better bout this)
