Bug Description
Binary package hint: squid-deb-
updated 5 machines (around 18. January)
after that the file /etc/apt/
all ubuntu maverick
one machine with natty did not show this behavior

The file appears to be in the .deb package, but it doesn't appear on the machine. Possibly related to #697955
