Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. This one is going to be difficult to troubleshoot. Maybe you can answer the following questions?

* Which flash package do you have installed?
* Which Java package do you have installed?
* Which Firefox extensions do you have installed?
* How many tabs and windows do you have open in firefox?
* does starting firefox in safe-mode help? "firefox --safe-mode" from the command-line.

This will greatly aid us in tracking down your problem.

harrykar, I understand your frustration about the long delay. but you need to be aware that this is a volunteer project. Please consider helping out yourself by triaging bugs. FF sees many bug reports coming in.

About this ticket. It's my understanding that your original problem is no longer present but that you are now experiencing a different problem. I'd suggest you try to confirm if the problem is still there in safe-mode and if it is open a new ticket with the information I requested earlier.
