Certify Acer emachines ER1401 for 10.10

We are still waiting for the HW to arrive to Lexington, but once we have it, we should certify this machine for 10.10.

Marc has now this machine in Lexington, it needs to be installed in the new lab

Automated and manual tests successfully completed.

Minor issue: When tested on some monitors, 1-2 resolutions were not aligned completely to the screen. There would be a black bar on the left hand side.

Let's keep the in-lab tag to know that we now have the HW (although it is not installed in the lab yet)

We will keep the hw-labs as Triaged until the machine is fully connected in the lab.

Right now it is in the lab rack, but not connected.
