Auto reconnect after hibernation

Bug Description
When I wake up my pc after standby or hibernation, my browser and everything else is as when I left it.
But Click2Dial is not connected, I have to remember to click to login.
An autoreconnect would be nice, either triggered by wakeup, or just when Click2Dial notices it is disconnected, and the user dodn't disconnect it.
