2. Navigate to the tree-browser tab and choose "Set Document from path"

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. I was unable to reproduce this bug using geany and geany-plugins 0.20. Please check if this problem still exists on Ubuntu 11.04.
