"undefined symbol: plugin_version" on load

Trying to load this plugin through the Plugins window fails with the following error message:

    The following error occured while loading the plugin
    [/usr/lib/sylpheed-claws-gtk2/plugins/etpan-privacy.so]:
    `plugin_version':
    /usr/lib/sylpheed-claws-gtk2/plugins/etpan-privacy.so: undefined
    symbol: plugin_version

This is completely reproducible. I tried to rebuild the package, but the same error persists.

I'm using the standard version supplied in Dapper Drake (0.9-1).

Thank you for your bug report. Plugins in sylpheed-claws are exclusive to their particular version of the program. Are you by any chance trying to load a plugin from the gtk2 version of sylpheed-claws into the (older) gtk1 version?

I sent this information by e-mail reply on November the 5th. It seems that Launchpad simply swallowed the mail without further notice. :(

No, I'm using the sylpheed-claws-gtk2 2.1.1-1ubuntu1 package currently in Dapper. And rebuilding the plugin packege against libsylpheed-claws-gtk2-dev (whose version is also 2.1.1-1ubuntu1) did not fix the problem either.

This does not seem to be a problem with latest packages in Gutsy and seen as others couldn't reproduce I am closing the bug.
