crash while pushing to the personal branch

first I registered a branch
https://code.launchpad.net/~mahyar-ace/mailman/L10n-fa
after:
$bzr branch lp:mailman/2.1
and then:
$bzr push --use-existing lp:~mahyar-ace/mailman/L10n-fa

I got:
bzr: ERROR: bzrlib.errors.ErrorFromSmartServer: Error received from smart server: ('error', "Generic bzr smart protocol error: Bad message kind byte: '\\x03'")

second time trying it got another error:

this attached file is the second crash file

Can you still reproduce this with newer versions of bzr (e.g. 2.2) ?

actually not! it was bzr 2.1. with 2.2 it is ok now

I suspect this bug may be actually a duplicate, but an intermittent
problem and not yet fixed. Is there any reason to think it is not?
