Error when entering other data, but not times

Rather than an "Enter a valid date/time." error when I neglected to add start and end times and added other data I get:

LoCo Directory has encountered an Error!
Please try your request again.

The other data I had filled out:

Event Name
Begins (date, not time)
Ends (date, not time)
Description
Event Venue

If I reset "Description" and "Event Venue" to empty and try to submit it properly gives the inline "Enter a valid date/time." errors.
