Bug Description

Binary package hint: unity

When clicking away from an indicator the area where the previous indicator was sometimes flashes white. This is especially noticeable with the network manager as it is large. It is also noticeable when scrubbing over the indicators (click one, then move the mouse over the others).

This also happens with the menu-bar but a lot less often.

Steps to reproduce:
Select a window with a dark background such as the gnome-terminal and maximize it such that the dark background is directly below the panel (this makes it easier to see, it isn't a requirement). Click the file menu and move the mouse right all the way to the power indicator. Move the mouse back and forth over the indicators and menu items. Observe that you sometimes see a white flash.
