CSV import hangs when importing the same table twice

Bug Description
Do this:
import a table, e.g. family.txt
when it's finished import it again, it hangs when dropping the tables dependencies in reverse order
confirmed in windows but haven't tested in linux

this doesn't happen with sqlite, only postgres...and others?
