links to html and manual configuration webcam Philips PCVC740K

I have Ubuntu 6.10, kopete 0.12.3 (package kopete_3.5.5+kopete0.12.3-0ubuntu1_i386.deb) and FireFox 2.0

When I click on the html link in help/about it opens a prompt "Could not launch the browser: Could not find the service 'kfmclient'"

By other hand i had to reconfigure manually with this driver my webcam, becuase the installation removes the right configuration:

kopete appears to need a dependancy on konqueror, on that basis.
