Bug Description
Pinta 0.6 on Windows XP sp3
1. Open some image or draw something by yourself.
2. Use Rectangle Select and select some portion of image.
3. Click on Cut from toolbar.
4. Click on Paste from toolbar.
If I do the same but in step 3 change Cut with Copy there is the same effect. It looks like Cut and Copy make the same action.
I have tested cutting in Microsoft Paint and Paint.net. Microsoft Paint puts white color after cut, Paint.net puts transparent color after cut. I prefer Microsoft Paint, but maybe both can be implemented like:
1. Cut button ---> transparent
2. <Shift>+Cut button or <Shift>+<Ctrl>+X ---> secondary color
