Bug Description
Looks like there are some problems in the calculation of the position and size of the windows in the grid while the spread is active. Some of them overlap, some extend past the boundaries of the spread window.
This was reported by Rircardo on the MR for the window decorations. However it does happen also on trunk. The decorations only make the problem move obvious.
