I signed up for a ubuntu one account and purchased a song. you were quick to charge me, but the song never downloaded. get back to me as soon as you can, this is ridiculous.

I am sorry you have experienced this issue. We are currently having an issue that may cause the songs not to be delivered immediately. According to our logs your song has been successfully transferred to your storage @ 2011-01-13 22:31:03,693 UTC.

Could you please confirm that your file has been successfully downloaded?

We are currently investigating this issue but we do not have the ETA yet.

Three songs purchased on Jan 31 still show "0MB Downloaded" on Feb 3. My laptop was left on and connected to the network for 2.5 days. I rebooted at 22:30 GMT (about an hour ago) on Feb 3. Neil

Nhinix, please do not reopen the bug reports (which are not really bug reports but support requests). Could you please request the support using https://edge.one.ubuntu.com/support/contact/ while being logged in to Ubuntu One web interface since otherwise we cannot locate your account record.

Since there was no communication since Jan 14 I am setting this bug report to Won't Fix since there is nothing to fix yet.
