Multiple reviews on the same software by the same person should not be possible

Its currently possible to review the same software multiple times by the same person.

This should not be possible, we need to either
- refuse this with a error
- make the new review replace the old review (as a mean to correct the review)

It should however be possible to submit a new review for a new version/distroseries.

Would updating the previous review to note differences be a better
user experience? Eg. something like:

Note: I've just updated to Lucid which upgraded to MyGame version 1.3
and the music seems to be have changed - not quite as nice as the old
music, but the game still rocks!

I believe a fix for this was provided as part of bug #710458.
If nobody objects, I'll close this bug as a dup.
